Frequently Asked Questions

How do credits work?
One credit equals one euro of wallet value. A verified subscription invoice may fund a use-or-lose provider allowance capped at 15% of the settled invoice; purchased credits are a separate balance. External work reserves the maximum quoted amount before execution and returns the unused remainder after settlement.
What happens if my wallet cannot cover the quote?
The request fails before any provider call with an insufficient-credit response. You can purchase credits through Vigthoria Pay or enable governed auto top-up; there is no unbounded end-of-month provider overage.
Can I use multiple Vigthoria services with one API key?
Yes! Each API key can be configured to access any or all of the 6 Vigthoria services. When creating a key, you choose which services it has permission to access. All usage is tracked and billed to your account regardless of which key is used.
Is the LLM API compatible with OpenAI?
Yes! Our LLM API is fully OpenAI-compatible. You can use it as a drop-in replacement by changing the base URL to api.vigthoria.io/v1 and using your Vigthoria API key. This works with all OpenAI SDKs and tools.
Do unused credits roll over?
Invoice-backed subscription allowance is use-or-lose for its billing period. Purchased wallet credits are tracked separately; the Hub always shows which bucket funded a reservation and refunds to the same bucket.
